About Julie…

 

Julie has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1999. With a master degree in Exercise Physiology and a bachelor in Psychology she has a deep understanding of the mind body connection. Julie spent 10 years teaching yoga to the US Women’s soccer team, US Women’s indoor volleyball team and Men’s and Women’s US sprint cycling team as well as several professional hockey, basketball, football and beach volleyball players. She has owned 2 successful yoga studios in Manhattan Beach and has a yoga teacher training school which has certified hundreds of yoga teachers worldwide.

 

Julie was a High School All City goal keeper, A national champion gymnast, a two sport collegiate  athlete as an All American springboard diver and soccer Defensive MVP for Union College in Kentucky. She is passionate about teaching young athletes to reach their highest potential by training their minds.
